We had an absolutely wonder stay. The home is very inviting, and family friendly. We enjoyed Merida so much we have decided to move and put our son in a private school in Merida. The city if wonderful and has everything anyone could want. Our family felt safer in Merida that anywhere we've been in the United States. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Casa Chablis is a true oasis in the heart of Merida. Each day, we enjoyed walking to the market in Santiago Square and preparing delicious meals in the fully outfitted kitchen, using the fresh ingredients we purchased. The rooftop terraces are stunning. In fact, my husband and I are renovating a house in Merida, and the beautiful arched terrace at Casa Chablis provided the inspiration for our own! The pool provided a refreshing respite from the heat, and I loved that it was deep enough for aqua jogging. Another spot we enjoyed was the outdoor grilling area off the kitchen. My husband would grill, and Iâ??d sit in the comfy chairs and read next to the calming fountain. The way the light reflected off the mamposteria wall at dusk was breathtaking. I could go on and onâ?¦

A wonderful house was a delight to stay in, we have rented houses all over the world and this was the best. Very close to the centre of the city and services. The house was tastefully decorated and in immaculate condition.

This is the best it gets. The house is even more beautiful than the photos. The wonderful back sitting area is where we spent most of out time. And since it is next to the kitchen, it was perfect. The central courtyard brings light and breezes in to the entire house. Park Santiago, a short block away, has everything one would need; vegetable market, large grocery store, banks, farmacia, dry cleaners...you name it. I've been traveling for many years and this place will always be special to me.

We had a beautiful stay at Casa Chablis. Every time it felt amazing to step through the door into beautiful Colonial Mexico ... gorgeous architecture, unique Mexico furniture, vibrant elegance. An oasis of style with all the modern amenities.
